At Tandy Leather, we stand by the quality of our leather and tools; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase to ensure a smooth processing experience.

Return Process

  Log into your account to view your recent orders and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, hardware, or leather hides are protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Tandy

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or bring it to any Tandy Leather retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
